Everyone has to start somewhere!
Ten years ago I had no idea how the body worked, what training principles were or what nutrition actually meant. I thought lifting weights would make me bulky.
Now at 46 I help women in their 30s, 40s and 50s train with their changing bodies, not against them — through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
What if the problem
isn't you?
One of the biggest frustrations I hear from women in their 40s and 50s is: "I'm doing everything I used to do but my body isn't changing." You're not failing — your approach just needs to change.
What most women believe they need
✕More HIIT & circuit classes
✕More cardio sessions
✕Less food on your plate
✕Pushing through exhaustion
What actually creates transformation
✓Progressive strength training
✓Daily movement & walking
✓Higher protein intake
✓Better recovery & sleep
